Scott Haber is the Founder, President and
Chief Executive Officer of NDH Capital Corporation. Mr. Haber
established NDH Capital in 1989 to pioneer the business of
corporate financing and consulting services in a wide range
of different industries and sectors. Over the past fifteen
years, Mr. Haber has built NDH Capital as the premier financier
of corporate transactions, financing in excess of $2.8 billion
in investment-grade rated paper. Annual
financing volume has been consistently between $100 and $400
million. Today, Mr. Haber is aggressively expanding the scope
of financing solutions provided by NDH Capital to include creative
financing for corporations, government and individuals throughout
the world.
From 1981 to 1989, Mr. Haber was a principal
and managing partner of a New York-based syndication firm.
He was an integral part of the firm’s success, completing
over 120 real estate partnerships; raising in excess of $400
million in limited partner capital; and purchasing real estate
work over $1 billion aggregate.
In his
spare time, Mr. Haber is a passionate basketball player who
plays weekly in competitive New York City leagues.
